to Jesus:

Lord, I just want you. I want to sit with You in our field day in and day out. I want to know more of Your character and be more like You. I want to continue to rest in Your never ending goodness and comfort. Thank You that You give me everything I could ever need. Thank You that the Holy Spirit gives us all the knowledge and understanding we need. Thank You, Jesus for the living word that You’ve given to us to access Your truth in the palm of our hands. I pray for a fire for Your word to arise in me, I want to breath in Your truth and live it out. Thank You for open heaven and that I get to talk to You whenever I want. Thank You that You listen and when I pray the heavens shift. Thank You that You’re a God of miracles and Your signs and wonders are never ending. Thank You for so sweetly speaking to me when I need it and being silent when I need it too. You’re so good. Thank You for so sweetly sending Your only son to die for me, I don’t deserve it and I never will. Thank You for fulfilling the laws and baring my sin and shame so that now I may live freely and bring glory to Your Kingdom. Thank You that even when I say no to You, even when I turn and run that You’re always by my side. You are never more than a whisper away and You never leave Your children. Thank You for redemption and that You brought me up from the lowest of lows and the driest seasons and made me new. Your blood doesn’t wash off, that is such a sweet truth. Thank You for conviction and not condemnation. You are righteous and just. Thank You that You’re not a God of confusion. Thank You that You’ve given us authority to pray and worship against the enemy and that all evil must flee just at the sound of Your name. Thank You for love unending and that You created us simply to be loved by You. Thank You that we GET to worship You because even if we didn’t the rocks would cry out Your praises. Jesus, thank You for community and that You don’t ask me to do life on my own. Thank You for surrender and hard yes’s. Thank You that life with You is joy-filled and peaceful because those are things that You promise to us that are unending. Thank You for Your heart for every person on earth, You so badly want all your children to run into Your arms. Thank You for the grace You so freely give to us. Thank you for freedom and that I can dance around and act like a fool and it pleases You. Thank you that I live in a country where I can freely declare Your name, not everyone is that blessed. I want to be in battle for my brothers and sister being persecuted all over the world because they won’t stop praising You, thank You for being their strength. Thank You that we get to suffer for the Kingdom because it’s all for Your glory. Thank You for who You are. No praises will ever be enough. I can’t wait to be dancing before You. I can’t wait to hear the choir of the angels. I can’t wait to see Your face, Father. I love You. I love You. I love You. Thank You for Your provision. You give us EVERYTHING we need!!!! May my heart forever be praising You. Lead me not into temptation and may I run to You in times of trouble and sin. YOU’RE SO GOOD!!!!! I pray I can see the day when the world falls to their knees in awe of You. Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty who was and is and is yet to come!!!! To all reading, God loves you so much. I pray that in this moment You just feel His love wash over you like tidal wave!!!! He is worth it and He wants you to walk through His gates to spend eternity with Him. Thank you Jesus for who You are and how You love Your children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
